The soundtrack is credited to Karen O and the Kids, and features an all-star list of contributors: Members of YYYs (Brian Chase and Nick Zinner), Deerhunter (Bradford Cox), the Raconteurs/Dead Weather (Dean Fertita / Jack Lawrence), Liars (Aaron Hemphill ), the Bird and the Bee (Greg Kurstin), Gris Gris (Oscar Michel), and New Folk Implosion and Alaska (Imaad Wasif) all appear on the album!

And that's not all: An untrained children's choir also sings on the album. Awww, how cute -- and it sounds awesome!

Wow, what a beautiful and strange movie. I have loved Where the Wild Things are since I was a young adult. I still do. I have seen the movie twice now and will buy it and the music. I am recommending it to all my friends, old and young! Amy K.

I watched this movie with my 8 year old daughter last night and it made me remember how it felt to be kid. The music and the movie is perfect for each other. I enjoyed the music so much that I had to find it and listen again!
I will be buying this for my daughter and I. Thanks Spike Jonze and Karen O
